BUD CAUDLE US ARMY I was drafted and reported for duty January 19, 1954. I reenlisted and spent a total of 28 years in the army. My first three years were spent as an artillery fire direction control operator. After that, I worked my way into administration. I taught Military Administration to ROTC cadets at Oklahoma Panhandle State University while on active duty there. I also served as the senior enlisted advisor to the Alabama National Guard at Montgomery, Alabama. I served in both Korea and Vietnam. Had three 3 year tours in Germany, Bremerhaven, Mannheim, and Schweinfurt. Three of my kids were born in Germany and have duel citizenship. |
