                                      November Term 1823

At a county court commenced and held at the Courthouse in Hazard
on Monday, the 10th day of November, 1823.

Present:  Jesse Boling, Robert Hicks, Jeremiah Combs, Joseph Cockrel
Samuel Hurley, Abe Pennington, James Turner, Daniel Duff, Robert S.
Breashers and Elijah Combs Esquires.

*** and Jesse Boling and Abel Pennington be and is (are) appointed to
settle with the sheriff and they are further appointed by a majority of the
court to receive the delinquent list from (words illegible) and receive the
receipt of the Court of Claims to January term, 1824.

           Ordered that court adjourn untill (sic) court in course.
