Present: Jesse Boling, Robert Hicks, Jeremiah Combs, Joseph Cockrel Samuel Hurley, Abe Pennington, James Turner, Daniel Duff, Robert S. Breashers and Elijah Combs Esquires. *** and Jesse Boling and Abel Pennington be and is (are) appointed to settle with the sheriff and they are further appointed by a majority of the court to receive the delinquent list from (words illegible) and receive the receipt of the Court of Claims to January term, 1824. * * * Ordered that court adjourn untill (sic) court in course.
